They did a great job from start to finish.  After pricing 3 different sources, The Fireplace Stop was competitive with other companies.  I decided to go with them as they are a one-stop solution and they had done a great job with my previous order. They were also willing to accommodate small modifications to the order including painting the chimney pewter and raising one of the units 6" (for a mere $75.) out sourcing the modification and just charging their cost with no further surcharge.

My wife and I were very interested in purchasing a Pro Builder 42" Linear model fireplace. A friend recommended we check out The Fireplace Stop store. We met with  Andrew who we found to be very knowledgeable  and  answered all our questions and any concerns. We required service for our fireplace and left a voicemail requesting an appointment.  Our call was returned quickly and an appointment was booked. The office confirmed our appointment the day before and the service technician, Marco, called prior to his arrival to advise his ETA. He was very respectful and professional. Step-by-step he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Our experience began with a warm welcome at the store from all the staff.  We needed a new furnace and air conditioner and we received good information and a solid recommendation about the product so that we could make a decision.  A few days later Andrew came by our place to do some measurements and provided us with a written quote which we accepted.  A week before the install we were contacted and the install date was arranged.  On May 1 the guys arrived at the agreed to time and began the work.. We were impressed with their care and professionalism. Over the course of the install a number of different staff were in the house doing their specialty as well as quality control of the work completed.  From start to finish our experience was one of dealing with professionals who were very experienced.  We are very happy with The Fireplace Stop and all the staff and can with unmitigated enthusiasm recommend them to anyone looking for the same experience.

Just had a 42 inch Probuilder Linear gas fireplace installed . I can not say enough about the quality of work done by Scott and his team. These guys know exactly what they are doing  and made our dream happen. 

We needed a special breaker which is hard to get, the crew notified the office and they phoned around and found one , picked it up and had one of their guys bring it out (we don't live close to the office). Then Eric and his crew showed up and did the framing /cement board install of the fireplace wall while Scott installed the CoolSmart TV wall. All garbage was taken away, area vacuumed and all that was left was one good looking fireplace. A great big thank you to The Fireplace Stop team! Thank you for making my vision a reality!

We are very happy with the purchase of our Lopi Greenfield Large Cast Iron Stove, it is both beautiful and efficient.  Andrew and his team were excellent to work with and their knowledge of the products helped us make the right decision on the stove that would best suit our home.  The fellows that did the installation were great.  They were professional and did an amazing job as they had to remove the old chimney pipes and wood stove.  All was done efficiently and neatly, and they were so pleasant and respectful.  We would definitely recommend The Fireplace Stop.
